South Korean Yongnam University delegates are visiting Worabe University.
Worabe University has stated that it will work to promote the country’s cultural values to the international community in collaboration with partners.
The university expressed this in the cultural exchange with South Korea’s Yungnam University.
Worabe University President Dr. Engineer Tewfiq Jemal said:- Although the university was established a few year ago, it is admitting more than ten thousand students and teaching them on a regular schedule.
The institution is implementing its national mission and ensuring the benefit of the local community.
He said that he is doing a job supported by research to the next generation by preserving the culture and values of the country and the environment.
In addition to strengthening the teaching profession, the university is working with national and international partners to promote Ethiopian culture and values to the international community to ensure the benefit of the country.
Vice president of Yongnam University, Professor SHIN SEUNGHOON stated that his institution will work with Worabe University to ensure the overall development of Ethiopia.
The vice president said that Ethiopia and South Korea are countries with long years of diplomacy, social and economic commitment.
He also stated that they will contribute to a rapid change in the country by studying and promoting cultural values with Worabe University.
It will be remembered that Worabe University signed an agreement with South Korea’s Yungnam University to work together in agriculture, health, value change and other sectors.
South Korean Yongnam University delegates said they got a chance to know Ethiopia and they are happy with the visit.
